为进一步提高施工现场应急救援管理水平，提升施工现场管理人员应对突发事件和意外伤害的自救与互救能力，12月7日，集团公司特邀请济南市红十字会王兰英、赵莹两位应急救护培训师在机关东三楼会议室对公司员工进行应急救援培训，集团各单位、部室及项目部共80余人参加培训。
培训中，培训老师通过理论讲解、示范教学、实际操作相结合的方式进行分解演练、实操培训，并现场进行了救护实操考核，收到了良好的培训效果。
下一步，公司将进一步弘扬“人道、博爱、奉献”的红十字精神，传递“人人学急救，急救为人人”的急救理念，更多的开展普及性应急救护培训活动，提升员工的互救、自救能力和技能，为公司提升应对突发事件、应急救援、救护管理能力打下坚实基础，为集团高质量发展筑牢生命安全屏障。
