为进一步提高企业管理人员依法决策、依法管理的能力和防范生产经营法律风险的能力，2021年8月28日，公司特邀德衡集团合伙人张蕾律师、李晓庆律师为公司管理人员、法务人员进行法律知识实务培训。公司各部室、子分公司、各项目管理人员70余人参加培训。
培训中，张主任以“以 ‘工程项目’为中心，‘构建施工全流程’法律风险管理新体系”为题，结合当前工程领域法律实践新情况、新问题和典型诉讼案例讲授了法务新视界——建筑立法第五时代实务操作等内容。李晓庆律师结合新颁发的民法典相关规定，对企业劳动合同签订、劳动、劳务纠纷处理操作中需要注意的关键环节和风险把控点，相关法律风险识别、防范和控制的方法等内容进行了专题讲解。
在最后的答疑互动环节，参训人员将工作实践中遇到的实际问题进行请教，张主任分别一一进行了详细解答，从法律角度给出适宜的解决办法。
