“云淡风清，夏意渐浓”， 沐浴着初夏的阳光，呼吸着樱桃的芬芳，在“万绿丛中点点红，玲珑樱桃掩映中”浩岳生态园这个绿意盎然、樱桃如火的季节里，铁信建设集团为丰富员工文化生活，活跃团队气氛，促进员工间交流，培养团队精神和协作意识，进一步增强公司团队文化建设，提升团队凝聚力、向心力和执行力，组织机关员工近百人在浩岳生态园开展以“和谐创新、团结拼搏、凝心聚力、追求卓越”为主题的“生态园采摘体验式团建” 活动。
集团总经理董现珍出席活动并做了重要讲话，董总在讲话中说，团建培训就是要大家亲身体验团队的力量，团结协作的的精神。铁信建设集团从公司组建至今已有二十余年的历史，从一个不知名的施工队伍发展到今天，正是依靠有着一支团结、奋进、信任、合作的优秀团队，也正是依靠这支团结一致、齐心协力、众志成城的团队，才发展到今天的规模，取得了今天的业绩。在公司团队内部大家都是兄弟姐妹，都是团队建设中的一粒沙，愿大家能紧紧的抱成一团，将这一堆沙通过强大的凝聚力，凝铸成一块为铁信建设集团保驾护航、无坚不摧的磐石、柱石。
团建活动为期一天，开展的主要项目有群龙取水、挑战NO1 、挑战150、舞动旋律、穿越环、团队击鼓、激情节拍、动力圈、樱桃采摘等。
本次的团建活动，大家随机组成四个分队，各队自己设计了队徽、取了队名，队歌和行动口号。拓展活动过程中，各队充分展现了团结协作，拼搏奋进，勇争第一，不抛弃、不放弃的团队精神，通过拓展活动的过程体验，挖掘个人潜能，挑战自我，通过危机、领导力、沟通、面对困难和鼓励等方面的训练来取得进步，从而达到了增进相互间的感情、熔炼团队、巩固企业文化的目的。
