为加强公司管理人员法律意识，提升生产经营管理过程中运用法律知识、防控管理风险的能力，2024年3月30日集团法律顾问、北京盈科（潍坊）律师事务所张通远律师在集团机关总部东三楼会议室对公司相关管理人员进行合同管理专题培训。集团机关各单位、各管理部室副职以上人员、各项目部负责人、合同管理人员参加本次培训。
培训过程中，张律师主要围绕合同的概念、特征、实践应用、有效合同和无效合同的识别、合同履行过程中的实务管理等方面，结合案例深入浅出地进行了分析和讲解，提升了参培人员合同管理的法律意识、维权意识，增强了合同管理风险防控能力。
培训结束后，组织了培训效果测评，确保培训效果。
本次培训是集团法务部组织开展的一项阶段性合同管理专题培训，下一步，集团法务部将结合公司经营管理过程中的管理需要，定期进行专题培训，持续加强公司法务管理及运营风险管理水平，为集团高质量健康发展保驾护航。
