济南市住房和城乡建设局 关于征集2022年度房屋市政工程智慧工地建设典型案例的通知

各区县住房城乡建设局，济南新旧动能转换起步区管委会建设管理部、济南高新区管委会建设管理部、市南部山区管委会规划发展局：
根据山东省住房和城乡建设局安全生产委员会《征集2022年度房屋市政工程智慧工地建设典型案例的通知》（以下简称“通知”）要求，请各区县住建局积极动员，仔细梳理上报：
一、征集案例要求。此次征集案例以“项目”为单位，申报范围为2022年度全市行政区域内依法纳入建设主管部门监管的房屋市政在建工程项目，申报智慧工地典型案例的建设项目除符合基本建设程序外,还应满足以下条件: 1、建立覆盖相关方的智慧工地管理体系和制度; 2、编制智慧工地建设方案,目标明确,内容完整; 3、智慧工地建设内容应进行专项交底和业务培训; 4、智慧工地采用的软件、设备、工具、技术应符合山东省《智慧工地建设评价标准》(详见附件1)相关功能要求; 5、智慧工地数据应有效采集、可靠存储、可追溯,满足施工现场标准化管理需求且数据采集与项目实际施工进度情况相符; 6、智慧工地实施效果明显,经自查达到二星级以上评价标准;7、项目自开工以来未发生生产安全事故,未因质量安全违法违规行为受到行政处罚。
请各区县严格落实属地监管职责，梳理辖区内符合条件的工程项目，按照“项目提交申请、区县审核上报”的流程，积极推荐智慧工地建设典型案例，每个区县至少报送1个，原则上不超过3个。
二、申报材料要求。典型案例申报标准可参考山东省住房和城乡建设厅关于印发《全省房屋建筑和市政工程智慧工地建设指导意见》的通知（见附件2）及智慧工地建设评价标准，拟推荐的典型案例材料应包括：1.加盖公章的《智慧工地建设典型案例推荐表》（见附件3）2.智慧工地应用成果内容电子版PPT(智慧工地应用方案)或者智慧工地建设的实况视频 (包含:基础模块及推广项等相关情况介绍,突出智慧工地应用做法成效和经验)3.智慧工地管理系统或平台应用报告(运行时间至少为3个月以上)。
三、其他有关要求。请各区县住建部门将上述案例申报材料按照项目逐个整理压缩，并汇总形成《智慧工地建设典型案例汇总表》（见附件4），务必于11月18日中午12:00前将加盖公章的《智慧工地建设典型案例汇总表》及每个案例的申报材料统一报送至市住房城乡建设局。
