山东省住房和城乡建设厅关于开展全省建筑施工现场疫情防控专题培训的通知

各市住房城乡建设局、城管局,济南、青岛、淄博、枣庄、东营、济宁、威海、滨州、菏泽市水务(水利)局,济南、青岛市园林和林业(绿化)局,济南市城乡交通运输局，各有关单位:
按照省委统筹疫情防控和经济运行工作领导小组（指挥部）办公室关于做好疫情防控培训工作的部署要求，经研究，定于9月28日开展全省建筑施工现场疫情防控专题培训，现将有关事宜通知如下。
一、培训目的
深入贯彻习近平总书记关于疫情防控重要指示精神，全面落实国务院联防联控机制和省委省政府关于疫情防控工作的部署安排，有效应对当前疫情防控严峻复杂形势，指导做好全省建筑施工现场疫情防控工作，切实守护好人民群众生命安全和身体健康。
二、培训时间
2022年9月28日（周三）14:30—16:00。
三、培训内容
（一）课程一：建筑工地疫情防控工作培训。
（二）课程二：疫情防控知识及项目常态化疫情防控管理。
四、培训方式
培训采取视频直播方式，主会场设在省住房城乡建设厅,市县两级住房城乡建设主管部门、全省范围内房屋市政工程施工现场设置分会场，通过大众网扫二维码（见附件）观看。
五、参训人员
（一）主会场
省住房城乡建设厅质安处、安全专班主要负责同志。
（二）分会场
各设区市住房城乡建设局、城管局有关负责同志；济南、青岛、淄博、枣庄、东营、济宁、威海、滨州、菏泽市水务（水利）局，济南、青岛市园林和林业（绿化）局，济南市城乡交通运输局有关负责同志；各单位相关主管科室（处、站、办、中心）有关负责同志；省、市、县安全生产驻点监督人员。各建设、监理、施工企业有关负责同志及所属项目部全体管理人员。
六、其他有关要求
各设区市住房城乡建设局要按照本地区疫情防控有关要求，牵头做好分会场及本地区所有房屋建筑施工现场收听收看工作。
