The information is notified as follows.

1. Scope of recruitment

Enterprises registered in Shandong Province, whose main business is construction professional contracting, green building materials, component production, construction machinery, electromechanical equipment, survey and design, cost consulting, project supervision, quality inspection, equipment installation, decoration, labor export and other construction field enterprises.

2. Recruitment conditions

(I) Have independent legal personality.

(II) Have one of the following advantages:

1. High market share, complete professional support, and leading technology in the subsectors of the construction field;

2. Stronger strength in new building industrialization, assembly building, intelligent construction, green building and other areas of transformation and development;

3. Strong capabilities in the research and development of new materials, new technologies and new equipment, such as the production of building materials for the supply of key national construction projects, mechanical and electrical equipment research and development with significant breakthroughs.

(iii) Standardized enterprise management, good reputation, strong sense of social responsibility, and strong market development capability.

(D) In the past three years, no major or above quality and safety accidents have occurred, no default in payment of wages to migrant workers, and no illegal behaviors in the construction market, such as bid-rigging, subcontracting, illegal subcontracting, lending qualifications, and relying on qualifications.

(E) In the national construction market supervision public service platform, credit China (Shandong) and other websites have no bad behavior records, joint disciplinary records of breach of trust, and have not been included in the "blacklist".

3. Recruitment requirements and procedures

(I) Submission of materials. Enterprises are requested to fill in the "Collection Form of Advantageous Enterprises of the Whole Industrial Chain in the Field of Construction" (Annex 1); the competent department of the industry in each city will fill in the "Summary Form of Advantageous Enterprises of the Whole Industrial Chain in the Field of Construction" (Annex 2).

(ii) Submission Procedures. According to the principle of voluntariness, the enterprises shall submit Annex 1 to the municipal industry department where they are registered, and the municipal industry department shall summarize the eligible enterprises after preliminary examination, and submit Annex 1 and Annex 2 together to the Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.

(C) follow-up work. The Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development will conduct dynamic tracking and updating, and through the recommended cooperation, support the construction industry all industry chain advantageous enterprises and central enterprises and other large-scale high-quality construction enterprises to deepen the strong specialization and unity, strong and excellent unity, strong unity, and further enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in the market, to strengthen the supply chain, to extend the industry chain, and to create industrial clusters.

4. Related requirements

(b) The enterprises concerned shall, in accordance with the requirements of the notice, actively and truthfully declare and highlight their own advantages. If it is found that there is false information filled in, the qualification of the collection will be canceled and recorded in the bad credit information.

(C) Because the information of the enterprises in this collection is more comprehensive and detailed, the enterprises that participated in the collection activities of "Specialized, Specialized, Specialized and New" enterprises in the field of urban and rural construction of Shandong Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development in the previous period are requested to fill in the information according to the requirements of this collection.
