The newly adjusted quality warranty period requirements for new residential projects were incorporated into the "Opinion on Construction Conditions of Real Estate Development Projects in Weihai City". As of October, Weihai City has promoted the implementation of the extended warranty period system in four projects, accounting for a quarter of the projects implemented in the province.

3. Strengthen measures, strong guarantee.
