为提高集团工程质量管理水平，加强公司技术人员技术创新理论知识的掌握及实践技能提升，切实提升公司质量创新活动成效。10月28日，铁信集团技术研发部举办2023年工程质量管理创新培训活动，培训由技术研发部段军舰授课，集团各项目技术负责人、项目技术员、项目施工员及机关相关技术人员参加。
培训课上，授课老师结合自身多年在QC、工法等质量创新成果的实践经验，详细解读了《质量管理小组活动准则》相关标准、要求及创新课题的选题、成果申报、应用等相关内容。
通过本次培训，参训人员对质量管理创新有了更加深入的理解，进一步提升了现场技术人员的技术创新意识，激发了投身质量管理活动的热情，为扎实开展现场质量管理，提升质量管理水平，推动技术创新工作上台阶、上水平、出成果奠定了坚实基础。授课结束后进行了培训效果考核考试，保证了培训效果。
