张老师通过课件形式，通过生动的语言和精彩的演示，从仪表礼仪、仪态礼仪、办公礼仪、商务交往中的座次礼仪、接待礼仪、迎送礼仪等方面由表及里、深入系统地讲解了商务礼仪接待相关内容，并通过现场互动的形式让学员们现场示范，让大家对商务礼仪有了更直观了解，整个课程内容丰富、专业性、操作性强，大家纷纷表示受益匪浅。
通过培训，使大家对商务礼仪有了更新、更全面的认识，进一步认识到商务礼仪在日常工作中的重要意义，对员工综合素养的提升具有十分积极的作用。
参训员工纷纷表示要将学到的商务礼仪知识、技能应用到日常的生活和工作实践中，进一步增强自己的礼仪修养和职业素养水平，为公司整体形象建设、公司品牌提升做出自己应有的贡献。
