集团公司召开“劳务实名制管理”专题培训会
为规范公司劳务用工管理，促进企业合法用工，切实维护农民工权益，保证企业和谐稳定发展，依据国务院、建设部、省市住建部门及公司1号文件精神，结合公司劳务用工实际情况，集团公司在公司总部三楼会议室组织召开了“劳务实名制管理”专题培训会。集团公司领导、相关部室、子分公司负责人、各项目部项目经理、专兼职劳资员及部分财务人员等共计80余人参加了此次培训。
集团公司总经理董现珍出席会议并做了重要讲话。董总强调，要切实提高政治站位，强化技术保障，抓好项目劳务实名制标准化管理。董总指出，推行劳务实名制管理，是国家切实维护现场劳务人员合法权益的重要举措，要站在讲政治的高度，认真履行企业社会责任。同时，要正确认识当前建筑业发展趋势及未来可能面临的劳动力不足局面，站在推动铁信集团高速度、高质量发展的角度，认真做好劳务实名制管理，为企业规模化发展提供劳动力保障。
董总要求，集团各部室、各子分公司及各项目部要切实按照集团发展要求，扎实推进项目劳务实名制规范管理，将抓好劳务实名制管理视为项目基本建设要求和重要考核依据，要从思想根源上高度重视实名制管理工作，将实名制管理与各项目经营管理全流程相结合，并通过技术提档升级，进一步完善项目标准化管理体系。
培训会上，公司工程部经理甄佩芝结合劳务实名制管理规定从工程现场安全管理、文明施工、质量管理等层面提出了要求。
财务部经理刘呈敏对财务付款手续、流程、财务管理相关注意事项等内容进行了重点强调。
劳务管理办公室副主任史德胜结合各项目部施工现场情况针对存在的问题、需重视的重要事项及公司具体安排做了相关说明。
劳务管理办公室刘霞从实名制内容、目标、组织领导、劳务工资发放、检查重点、实施步骤、流程等方面以课件形式进行了详细的解读。
据悉，2021年，集团将加大对各子分公司、各项目部劳务实名制管理实施情况的落实检查、考核力度，保证公司劳务管理实名制管理全覆盖，全面进入规范管理轨道。
集团公司副总经理王磊、集团党组织书记、副总经理、综合办公室主任等部门负责人一同参加了本次会议。
