为进一步完善公司业务管理流程，加强企业基础管理，集团公司于3月16日在东三楼会议室举办企业管理专题培训活动。集团领导班子成员、各单位、各部室、各项目部中层以上人员70余人参加培训。
专题培训特邀请山东建筑大学教授、博士研究生导师徐友全、山东交通学院教授、硕士研究生导师傅道春分别讲授了“建筑业顶层设计、发展趋势及项目建设、经营管理模式”、“建筑企业组织管控、流程管理、流程体系建设”等专题课程知识。
培训结束，集团公司顾问委员会主任赵铁灵进行培训总结，谈了培训感悟并代表公司对两位教授的精彩授课表示感谢。
